Bob Ripley brings a wealth of experience to the table as the owner of Southern Aero Services in Thomaston, Georgia, which he operates alongside his son. An accomplished Airfram and Powerplant mechanic and Inspection Authorization (IA) holder, Bob is a recipient of both the prestigious FAA Wright Brothers Award and the Charles Taylor Master Mechanic Award. Since 2005, he has dedicated himself to serving ABS members as a trusted technical advisor, offering invaluable insights and expertise.

Moderating the session is Lauren Bayless, who celebrated her 11-year anniversary with ABS in February 2025. Based in Wichita, Kansas, Lauren lives with her husband Zac and their daughter London.
